Sales Policies:

The Perfectly Imperfect Gift Shoppe does not accept returns or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, we would be happy to put you in contact with the artist directly so that you can work together to resolve the issue.

Any returned payments will be subject to a $25.00 fee.

Workshop Cancellation Policies:

​

Notification of cancellations should be provided within 24 hours of the scheduled workshop.

​

If The Perfectly Imperfect Gift Shoppe cancels the scheduled workshop, the customer may choose to be credited their payment towards another class, or receive a refund of their registration fee.

​

If the customer chooses to cancel their registration, they will be credited toward another class. No refunds will be provided.
